This documentary observes the controversial work of Teen Challenge, a Christian charity set up in Chicago in the 1970's. Based in Swansea, Wales, it follows them approaching alcohol and drug addicts living on the streets in the hope of entering them in to a strict rehabilitation programme. The documentary explores the ethical contradictions of replacing a drug addiction with a faith in evangelical Christianity.
